Gemstone Products
- All gemstones are natural and may contain inclusions or variations typical of natural stones
- Carat weights and dimensions are approximate
- Colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and lighting
- Each gemstone is unique and one-of-a-kind
Product Descriptions
- We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions
- Gemstone certifications and origin information are provided when available
- All products are ethically sourced from our Wyoming mining operations
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
- Payment is due at time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- Sales tax may apply based on your local rates
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout
- Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery
- High-value items may require signature confirmation
- International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes
Returns and Exchanges
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date for eligible returns.
Faceted Gemstones: Exchange only within 14 days of delivery, for damaged or incorrect items only. Faceted stones are one-of-a-kind cut specimens and are not eligible for refunds.
All Other Items: Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom/Special Orders: Final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds issued to original payment method. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns not due to our error.
Gemstone Authenticity
- All gemstones are guaranteed authentic and natural
- Origin certificates provided when available
- Third-party appraisals recommended for insurance purposes
- We stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages
- Gemstone investments carry inherent risks
Intellectual Property
- All website content, images, and descriptions are our property
- Product photos may not be used without permission
